How would you like to write a guest post for the Idea Factory?
Here’s the deal: I’m on deadline right now and I have a busy spring shaping up. I don’t want to let the Idea Factory falter but I’d love some help keeping the hopper fed. That’s where you come in!
What I’m looking for: writing prompts that work well across forms and genres, to accommodate the diverse talents of our writers. To see what I mean, check out our previous Idea Factory Writing Prompts.
What you don’t need to do: don’t worry about images, formatting, etc. I’ll take care of that.
What to do if you’re interested:
- Use the contact form to get in touch with me and pitch me on your idea.
- Once you’ve got the green light, write up your writing prompt and send it to me.
- Keep the prompt PG-13, please. We’ve got some younger writers here–and my mom reads this, too!
- Be sure to include a bio, under 200 words, that links to your website, blog, Twitter account, etc, as well as any books or projects you’re promoting.
General questions? Ask them here in the comments.
I can’t figure out why I didn’t open up the Idea Factory for guest posts earlier! I’d really appreciate your help and I can’t wait to see what you come up with.
